POST JSON to /api/records/, inspect /api/records/<uuid>/registerknight-preview/, pull reviewed handoff jobs from /api/registerknight/outbox/, then POST to /api/records/<uuid>/registerknight/. Live mode skips duplicate writer submission once a tx hash is stored.
